What does this mean?
I think that it means that when someone asks a question, they may only be criticized for five minutes. But when they don't ask at all, they remain foolish forever because they never know the answer to the question they may have asked.
I agree! You can only citizenry someone for five minutes if they ask a question, it isn't their fault they don't know the answer. :)
